Service Coordination for Children and Youth provides leadership and support to local services to develop integrated service plans for children, youth and their families with needs that challenge the ability of the community to address.  Children and youth with extraordinary needs may, for example, have physical, emotional or developmental challenges and be involved in a variety of services.

We serve children and youth up to and including 18 years of age (and their parents, legal guardians or caregivers) who have extraordinary needs.  We also serve agencies and professionals providing services to children and youth.
